I’ve been working in people services for years, from small independents to huge corporations. I love what I do.
I pride myself on my human approach to business issues - no fuss, no jargon, maximum impact. I believe all businesses, no matter how many employees, need a solid bit of professional support with their HR stuff from time to time - people are complex!
In the crappiest year in recent history, 2020, I saw how important the HR function is - particularly in SMEs. New legislation, processes and ways of working have had even the most seasoned business owners trawling through ACAS and government websites looking for some solid answers.
That’s why I decided to launch The Pod. A small squad of HR freelancers with a tonne of experience, including me, all here to help businesses with their people stuff.
